Amstan offers several different agent programs as described below. Each one is designed to provide the utmost flexibility regarding the direction that you want your business to take. And you can participate in more than one program!

Sales Agent

You’re the hunter and Amstan’s your farmer. You hit the streets selling Amstan’s plethora of transportation solutions to your customers. When you find an account you work with a dedicated Amstan employee to determine the rates then negotiate the rates with the customer. Once the customer is setup we assign that customer to a dedicated Account Manager. When the customer has a shipment they call the account manager assigned to them and we handle the shipment. Amstan pays a % of the total profit per each load.

Operational Agent

Amstan Operational Agent program is designed for the experienced broker and/or entrepreneurs with experience in the transportation industry. You are an independent agent working under Amstan’s broker authority. You find your customers, find the trucks and move the freight from A-Z. Amstan will provide you with a state of the art TMS, amazing back office support and a carrier onboarding group. Amstan is willing to work with you and your brokerage business to develop a competitive commission plan and structure that works for you. Amstan wants to partner with you to ensure your company’s success!!

Agent Recruiter

We will pay you to locate sales agents who may be interested in signing on with Amstan. You explain our program to them, get them to sign a contract then turn them over to Amstan. We will pay a % of the total profit generated by the agents you refer. Why spend time being an agent—just be an agent recruiter!
